Having a beachside or park picnic Is such a fun thing to do in Naples and surrounding areas! Take a look at what goes into the process of doing so. All picnics include a table, pillows, blanket, a shared grazing board, place settings, cold water/refreshments, fresh flowers, and custom decor.
Pick your location
choose from any location in the Naples area! Beaches, Parks, your own backyard, the options are endless in this beautiful paradise we are lucky to call home. If you need recommendations, we will be happy to offer them. Please note that if you are outside of the Naples or Marco island area, there may be an additional delivery fee.
If you are in a different area, please let us know and we will determine pricing.
How many guests will there be?
Prices start at $275 for 2 adults, for 2 hours.
each additional adult is $50.
Additional children are $25 per child
groups Of 8-15 will incur an additional $100 fee
Groups of 15-25 will incur an additional $150 fee
Max guests that we can accommodate is 25.
Certain holidays that are requested in high demand may have an additional charge such:
Valentines day, Mothers day, and New Years eve.
Shared Grazing platters
Picnics include a shared charcuterie and cheese platter or Hummus platter, Let us know your preference and if there’s anything extra we can provide you with- Please let us know.

Pick between romantic, bohemian, seasonal (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring), floral, coastal, a special color theme, tea party or let us decide for you! You can also request a specific theme if you have one in mind, we are happy to accommodate your wishes and work something out to make your picnic dreams come true!

Professional Photo op
Choose from few of our photography options! We offer photography in addition to our picnics and also separate- for any occasion. Check out some of our work below. Almost all photos of picnics on our website and social media pages are also shot by us.
Mini shoot (10-15 mins): About 25+ photos at the beginning or end of picnic lightly edited ($150)
Photo shoot (20-30 mins): About 50+ photos lightly edited ($250 with picnic, $400 without picnic)
Hidden Proposal photography: About 50+ photos- Capturing the special moment and
couples shoot afterwards lightly edited ($300 with picnic, $500 without picnic)
Couples Photos will be sent back to you guaranteed within 3 days after your scheduled shoot!
If you want them back within 24 hours, there is an additional $100 fee for expedited editing
Our Proposal Packages include Photos and may help you save money!
Event photography: $350 for the first 2 hours (minimum) and $150 per hour after that.
Sound Bath Meditation
Sound bath meditation is very beneficial for relaxation and your health!
There are many amazing benefits to enjoying this practice.
lay back and enjoy at the start or end of your picnic.
Choose from a guided sound bowl meditation- where you are guided verbally along with the sound bowl,
or a meditation experience without verbal guidance.
Sound bowl meditation experience pricing:
10 mins- $30 ( + $10 verbally guided )
15 mins- $35 ( + $15 verbally guided )
Tea party Package
Includes a lovely high tea design complete with tea pots with your choice of tea, water/sparkling water, tea cup per guest, tiered trays of an assortment of finger sandwiches, desserts, and fruits and a few complimentary pictures.
$300 for 2 guests, additional guests are $60 per person. Same additional large group charges apply as normal picnics
Please be sure to write in any allergies that someone in your party may have when booking so that we can be diligent in avoiding cross contamination.
We are not authorized to supply alcohol, however you are welcome to bring your own! Please note that most beaches and parks in Collier County prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
